Pricing & Taxes

Pricing is determined by customer qualification and is reflected in U.S. Dollars. Categories may include stocking dealer, nonstocking dealer, and retail pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders ship FOB Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Applicable sales tax will be charged as required by law unless a valid resale certificate is provided and on file prior to shipment.

Payment Terms

All initial orders must be prepaid and will be charged at the time of shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

Qualified customers may apply for credit terms. To be considered for Net 30 terms, a minimum of four credit references is required. Approval is based on payment history and business volume. If credit history is insufficient or there is a record of slow payment or unresolved claims, prepayment will be required.

When credit terms are extended, invoice balances must be paid by check, wire, or ACH by the due date. Credit card payments may still be accepted but will be processed at the time of shipment.

We do not accept COD shipments.

Order Processing & Shipping

Instock merchandise typically ships within two weeks. Backordered items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.

Invoices will include applicable freight charges. Terry Jancen Company selects carriers that meet our standards for quality and care. White glove delivery services may be subject to additional charges, including adjustments for remote locations.

Customers may elect to use their own freight carrier with advance notice and approval from Customer Service. When a customerselected carrier is used, Terry Jancen Company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transit. Freight charges in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.

A signed bill of lading constitutes acceptance of the shipment. If merchandise is delivered directly to your client, their acceptance is deemed acceptance by you.

All merchandise must be inspected for concealed damage within 72 hours of delivery. Claims for damage or shortages must be reported to Customer Service within this timeframe. Photographs of the damage and packaging are required to process claims.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is a premium service that includes residential delivery, unpacking, inspection, assembly, placement, and debris removal.

The carrier will schedule delivery in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

The delivery team will not move existing furniture.

If delivery is accepted without unpacking and inspection, all risk transfers to the receiving party. Damage claims must be identified while delivery personnel are present. Items damaged in transit should be refused and returned with the carrier.

Refusal of inspection, unpacking, or assembly waives the right to damage claims.
